2. Membership Certificate 

By now you would have paid your Annual Membership. Please go to this LINK to complete your private form. For new members this is the private member form and for all members it's the updated info we use for you ID card, Dog Tags. etc.

APPLICATION FORM & WAIVER

Please complete the private membership information. Have your Driving License available and a headshot (like a passport photo) ready. (It does not have to strictly be a passport photo but a clear headshot we can use for your Photo ID Card.)
