Mobility, Logistics and Transportation

Our Mobility, Logistics and Transportation ("MOBLaT" Team for short) is a unit that provides training and operational services in the movement of people and things.

Initially it may look like vehicles that can drive in austere environments and although that is one of our capacities there are many more and over the years we have learned many lessons which has allowed us to do this well. 

It's not always motorized vehicles either.  From boats to horses to camels in the middle east and mules and cattle in South East Asia - we have moved people and gear around the world in many different ways!

MOBLAT Teams also practise Navigation, GPS use, Map and Compass, basic vehicle maintenance and fixes and transportation of people & gear.​

ERT SAR Trains year around and members of the MOBLAT Team and SAR Techs training in using many vehicles and logistics and transportation modes. 

We have been doing this for many years since our inception but coined the umbrella term "MOBLAT" from friends in the military who were in all encompassing "Mobility Troop!"
