COVID 19

ERT SAR, like most all organisations, have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and have made adaptations as a result, ​to Internal Team Practices as well as Operational Response. This is a fluid and serious situation however not one for panic.  It is a time for a considered, sensible community response in proactive and measured way to reduce the risk and "flatten the curve".

Please follow the guidelines of your government and healthcare professionals. We will be updating our work during this Pandemic shortly. 

Historically, ERTSAR names it's Operational Deployments usually by an animal. In this case the name of the deployment and mission is "Operational Nightingale"

Stay at home, practice "Social Distancing" (or more accurately "Physical Distancing"  and "self Isolation" when warranted. Do check in on your family, friends and neighbours using technology and non-contact means. It's the best way everyone can fight this threat. Frontline medics and workers don't need more work against this invisible threat.
